Your Responsibilities

• Providing IT Operations support for all IT Infrastructure and Operating systems, including: servers, workstations, printers, network nodes and manufacturing floor devices
•Service Desk and Technical Support for users
•Local Infrastructure Management: Servers, Workstation, Printers, Network, Internal Phone Systems
•Supervising: AD/GPO, Windows Server, Print Server, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, Backup systems,  Workstation and Server applications
•LAN/WiFi/WAN Network Infrastructure management, oversight and support
•Working within international team on maintain and improve operation of IT systems
•Working with internal resources and outsourcing partners on day-to-day IT operations
•Monitoring, measuring, managing and reporting the effectiveness of the IT systems
•Creating, developing and updating IT infrastructure documentation
•Users and 1st line service support training

Your Profile

•Experience in Microsoft Windows Server administrations
•Experience in network LAN and WiFi administrations /at least 3 years/
•Experience in support of end users (Service Desk)
•Experience in backup and restoring systems administrations
•Fluency in English
•Excellent problem solving skills
•Experienced in use of IT standard and best practices
•Analytical thinking, attention to detail and communications skills
