The purpose of the Sales department is to develop sustainable and profitable relations with our customers so that we can both be successful in our businesses
You will be based in our headquarters and will be responsible for German clients, with the possibility to expand the clients portfolio to other international accounts.
You will be mainly working with existing clients and establish the necessary relationships at the different levels of the customer organization to allow both strategic, tactical and operational interactions that makes the relationship sustainable
You will analyse and understand the market environment in order to proactively offer new products or possibilities to further grow the client’s Private Label business.
Together with the sales team and cross departmental support you will define the best offer, calculate the pricing and build the necessary presentations to support your offer.
You will have the responsibility to monitor and address business performances of the customer account to ensure sustainable profitable growth
In your role you will touch a lot of different universes from Marketing, Product Development, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain, and many more.
You have 5 to 10 years’ experience in FMCG.
With experience with German retailers (You know German the retail)
You are a team player and like to collaborate over all departments.
You are curious and solution oriented.
You have good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Your German is excellent & you are fluent in English
