Your responsabilities

Are you a dynamic and multi-skilled person? As an administrative assistant – office administrator, you will be an essential member of our team, responsible for ensuring efficient administrative management, organising various tasks and supporting our daily operations.

Your main tasks :

  • General affairs: welcoming visitors, managing business meal reservations, answering the switchboard efficiently, assisting the teams with various administrative requests, managing company events…
  • Car fleet: you are in charge of the management of our company car fleet in the Belgian entities, you will therefore be in charge of the follow-up of appraisals, management of car entries and exits, communication with employees…
  • Facilities management: follow up on work and other tasks related to the management of the company’s physical facilities. maintenance, ordering office equipment…
  • Business travel management: booking flights, presenting rules to newcomers, monitoring budgets, optimising processes, coordinating at group level (French and English)…
  • Management assistant: room reservations, administrative support, help with the organisation of external meetings, contract management…
  • (Depending on the candidate) – HR support: Onboarding, administrative support, help with remuneration, possible help with recruitment…

Your profil

We are looking for a multi-skilled administrative officer to join our dynamic team. If you are interested in administration, customer service and enjoy working in a friendly environment, we look forward to receiving your application.

For this position, we are looking for :

  • Specialisation in administrative management (executive assistant, management assistant…)
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Language: French (mother tongue) and English (professional)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Excel, Word…
  • Organisation, rigour, adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills are essential (good listening and interaction skills)
  • Driving licence – with a car
  • This position is open for a part-time contract only (20 hours) and is open for an immediate start.
