Professional skills

  • Strong and broad knowledge of EU regulations (other regions will be of benefit)
  • Strong Technical knowledge of home care products/devices; excellent scientific and business judgment
  • Min 5 years of experience at RA position, ideal in home care, cosmetic, medical device, biocide area.
  • Fluent in English, ideal French and/or German
  • Proven evidence of managing complex regulatory projects
  • Proven ability to communicate with the responsible regulatory agencies,
  • Building the company strategic advantages while working with the industry Associations, NGOs, governmental Bodies; developing the contract network of regulatory and technical experts
  • Ability to manage or support crisis management process in relation to regulatory aspects.
  • Proven accountability of regulatory strategy, deliverables, and results to support new product development
  • Offering business sounds regulatory solutions in product development, manufacturing, selling, etc, in area of regulatory.
  • Managing the relevant documentation in line with respective standards. Ensure the relevant people to be trained.
  • Handling the internal and external customers inquires
  • Managing the claims substantiation process, artwork and copy clearance
  • Proven accountability for regulatory intelligence, new trends and anticipating of regulatory challenges and opportunities.
  • Lead and develop the regulatory team.
  • Developing and introducing regulatory polices.
