As a sales assistant at Nicols, your missions will be around the following axis: Assisting the sales person in the management of agreements and in the customer relationship.
- Manage the day-to-day customer relationship (correspondence, disputes, telephone contacts, transmission of documents);
- Analyzes, transcribes and shares customer requests according to internal procedures, collects, processes, compiles information to enable sales person to make decisions
- Participate in the construction of customer files (Nicols presentation, sales arguments, preparation of appointments, etc.)
- Work in synergy with the company’s departments: relaying customer needs internally and disseminating any information collected from customers or other sources
- Manage the monitoring of national and regional commercial and administrative agreements (budget settlement, CA declaration, etc.),
- Implement the necessary tools for commercial monitoring (budget monitoring, sales, statistics, dashboards),
- Perform administrative tasks such as encoding rates and discounts in the ERP
The list covers the main activities however this list is not exhaustive.
You will work in the Sales team, on the Bertry site (Hauts de France).

Experience is not essential, but we are looking for someone who is motivated, dynamic and who wants to be invested in their work.
Rigor and organization are essential to work in the Nicols team! Indeed, you will be required to work as a team and deal with unforeseen circumstances. You will therefore have to like looking for solutions and, above all, have a good sense of communication (internal and external). You will work from a customer perspective, that is to say think and think to satisfy the best. It is therefore important that you learn to understand the product specifications and that you are curious to learn the technical vocabulary.
Technical Knowledge:
- Pack office 365 (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
- French (Current) / English (Level B1/B2)
- Driver License B and vehicle (the city of Bertry is not served by transport)
