Product Design
We develop our products in accordance with eco-design principles to enhance sustainability and support the transition to a circular economy. These guidelines promote material efficiency, the reduction of hazardous substances, the use of recycled content, responsible sourcing of raw materials, and improved product and packaging recyclability.
People
People are at the center of our values. We are not only building a safe environment where people want to work but also help them to develop and give their best.
We expect the same from our business partners and do not tolerate any breach of human rights, dignity or equity in our supply chain. To enable this, we comply with the Base Code of the Ethical Trading Initiative and we ensure that our suppliers of products and services do the same.

Manufacturing
We are industrials : reducing waste and energy consumption has always been a major topic for us. Our Operation teams are committed to constantly decrease their environmental impacts.
Communities
We think our actions shall not only benefit our clients but the society as well. We are working hard with associations to integrate disabled people in our workforce. Nicols also donates unsold products to people in need.
