Analyze manufacturing performance and processes, propose technical and organizational improvements and support their deployment to the teams

Manage and deploy tools that allow the constant search for operational excellence by providing problem-solving methods to the site teams

Accompany industrialization projects (from the implementation study to the qualification of products) in order to guarantee their success (Safety, Quality, Deadlines, Costs…)

Drive projects to improve operational performance

Participate in the cost reduction program

Occasional travel to Nivelles (Belgium) : 1 time/month approximately
