Your responsabilities
As a project manager in the product development team, you will be in charge of :
- Formalize and align briefs between category, production and sales
- Participate in the project kick-off with the whole team
- Design samples with product development technician for customers
- Adapt products according to the decisions taken by the category and production
- Coordinate and communicate project monitoring (costs, deadlines, delays, etc.) to the entire team and ensure product compliance with customer specifications
- Develop sales support for sales team to support product deployment
- Ensure customer documentation and specifications are available
- Ensure that the industrialisation of the product and its first production with all stakeholders is done correctly
- Ensure a good transfer of the completed project to the PLM (Product Life Management) department
Your profil

- ERP usage (ideally AX 365)
- English B2
- Managerial skills (1 person management)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of chemistry and polymers is a plus.
- First successful experience in a similar position
