As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with multiple contacts both in France and internationally, including marketing teams, operations, purchasing, sales teams and our customers.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Provide the necessary support to the various departments for the identification of regulatory constraints and ensure regulatory monitoring.
Define the strategic regulatory axes according to the current legislation.
Represent Nicols in national and international associations
Manage customer requests (formulas, packs)
Guarantee the regulatory compliance of raw materials
Implement and monitor the regulatory action plan
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of private labeling (chemical, home care, cosmetic products, etc.) which allows you to master the regulatory requirements.
You are familiar with the European regulatory information sources as well as the standards required for the marketing of products.
You are fluent in English (knowledge of another language is a plus).
You are proficient in office tools (Pack Office) and are comfortable in a digital environment.
Knowledge of InfoDyne software is a plus.
